  • Service fee of RM100 to be charged upon screen replacement

Protect-i Samsung Warranty

Terms & Conditions: 

  • Must be a Samsung Brand Smartphone or Tablet. Contact KTS Outlets for further information.
  • Extended Warranty Eligibility: within 6 months from phone purchase date.
  • Screen Protection Eligibility: within 30 days from phone purchase date.

For any Repair service, you may walk in any SAMSUNG Authorised Service Centre. Coverage from Protect-i Extended Warranty is similar to the all new Samsung care+, without service fees or excess fees.
